2) Haven understood from the last article the need of Good communicator must consider the manner audience reacts to intending message being presented. If their first reaction is to shut down the message presented, it indicates that you may have poor communication skills.
While it’s important to thoroughly explore potential downsides of new ideas, projects and initiatives, it’s also needful to have a positive feedback to your audience. Do not allow yourself to be always be known as the ‘’NO’’ fellow. It can seriously hinder your reputation. Before responding negatively to opinions, ideas and initiatives take a quick mental inventory and answer these questions; i. Is there a solution to the problem I see? ii. Is any solution objectively better or do I just think that it is because its mine? iii. Do I understand the reasoning this idea, and can I express it to accepted level iv.  In the recent time we discovered there are there aspects of this idea that can be built upon? But instead of just saying ‘’NO’’ and stick to it also depeed express your understanding of the thought process that got the presenter to their core idea, and identify some positive aspects that can be use to find more optimal solution to the problem. The key thing here is that, instead of dismissing other ideas as bad, you present your own idea as better
