What Good Communication Skill is Not Funny enough, some people have a lot of misconception about what effective communication is. A lot of people think effective communication is by giving out high sounding command, other think that good communication is by speaking big grammars.

Good Communication is Not One-Way Communication: Poor communicators most times feel frustrated that they not get feedbacks in meetings, emails, project planning, conference, etc. they get frustrated because they present their ideas, explain their plans and wait for questions or comments but get nothing. The issue maybe talking too much or very playful being a good communicator requires the ability to sit back and listen, in a way and manner that gives credence to start up a conversation. A good communicator must be deliberate enough to leave space and time for input from the receiver. A good communicator must learn to not to present their ideas in a fixed manner.
